  2. Part – A & Part – B of PGMAC- 2025
  3. Check slip (2 copy) & Biometric Identification Report
  4. Admit Card (NEET PG) PGMAC- 2025
  5. Rank Card PGMAC- 2025
  6. Allotment Letter – 3 Copy
  7. 10th Admit Card  
  8. 10th Mark Sheet & Certificate   
  9. 12th Admit Card
  10. 12th Mark Sheet & Certificate
  11. Character Certificate
  12. Migration
  13. College Leaving Certificate (CLC)
  14. Aadhar Card
  15. Residence Certificate
  16. Caste/EWS Certificate
  17. Mark sheets of MBBS (I, II & III parts)
  18. MBBS Passing certificate
  19. Rotatory Internship completion certificate
  20. Medical Registration certificate
  21. No objection certificate from employer

Fee Payment Instructions

The payment of college tuition, hostel, and mess fees can be made through NEFT/RTGS transfer or Demand Draft (DD). Here’s how you can make your payment:
