Ensuring Quality & Safety in Healthcare
The Patient Safety Committee has been constituted to strengthen patient safety practices and ensure quality healthcare services in the hospital.
The Committee oversees various domains of patient safety including medication safety, surgical safety, blood transfusion safety, medical device safety, lab & diagnostic safety, infection prevention, and patient engagement.
