What is PGMAC 2026 Counseling?
PGMAC (Post Graduate Medical Admission Counseling) 2026 is the centralised seat-allotment process conducted by BCECEB through which NEET-PG qualified candidates are allotted MD / MS seats in medical colleges across Bihar, including LBKMCH, Saharsa, for the 2026–27 academic session.
Once a candidate receives their PGMAC 2026 allotment letter, they must report to the allotted college within the notified window with a complete set of original documents to confirm admission.
Important — Two New PG Courses Proposed for 2026–27
LBKMCH Saharsa has proposed the addition of MD – Anatomy and MD – Psychiatry to its postgraduate program for the 2026–27 academic session. These courses are NOT yet confirmed — inclusion is subject to receipt of the NMC Letter of Permission (LoP) and subsequent notification by BCECEB. Candidates are advised to treat these as "Confirmation Awaited" and verify the final seat matrix on the official PGMAC portal before making any decision.
