Lord Buddha Koshi Medical College & Hospital (LBKMCH), Saharsa was conceived by Lord Buddha Shiksha Pratisthan, a Buddhist-minority society registered under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 (Reg. No. 033/2002-03), Government of Bihar.
Located on NH-107 at Baijnathpur, Saharsa, LBKMCH brings together medical education and comprehensive tertiary healthcare through a modern medical college and a 1025-bedded teaching hospital.
Affiliated with Bihar University of Health Sciences, Patna and approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC), the institution offers MBBS education along with a range of MD/MS postgraduate programmes.
