Patient Grievance & Feedback
Your complaint, suggestion or feedback helps us serve you better
LBKMCH welcomes complaints, suggestions and feedback from patients, attendants and visitors. As committed in our Citizen Charter, a designated officer handles grievances, and our goal is to resolve every grievance within 10 working days.
Nothing you report will affect the treatment or care you or your patient receives. If your concern is urgent and relates to a patient currently admitted, please raise it immediately with the duty doctor or nursing in-charge of the ward rather than waiting for a written response.
