LBKMCH is committed to making healthcare accessible to every patient and visitor, including persons with disabilities, elderly patients, and those who need assistance moving around the hospital.

At the Hospital

Wheelchairs & Stretchers

Wheelchairs and stretchers are available for patients who need help moving within the hospital.

Lifts

Lifts serve the patient floors, so wards and departments on upper levels can be reached without using stairs.

Ambulance — 24 Hours

A 24-hour ambulance service is available for patients who cannot travel by ordinary transport. Call +91-91539-22672.

Assistance on Request

Ask at the reception or enquiry counter if you or your patient needs help reaching a department, counter or ward.

Emergency Priority

In the Casualty & Emergency department, treatment is given priority over paperwork so that urgent care is never delayed.

Enquiry Counter

A reception / enquiry counter at the OPD, with location boards to help you find your way.

On This Website

We aim to keep this website usable for everyone, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or a small mobile screen. The site is built with:

  • Text that resizes and reflows on small screens, so pages stay readable on any phone.
  • Keyboard-reachable menus and interactive cards, so a mouse is not required.
  • Descriptive headings and link text, so page structure makes sense when read aloud.
  • Content in English and Hindi across the site.
  • Ordinary selectable text rather than pictures of text, so it can be zoomed or read out.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a finished job. If any page on this website is difficult for you to read or use, please tell us — we will fix it and, in the meantime, give you the information you need another way.

Need Assistance?

Tell us what you need — at the hospital or on this website — and we will help.
